Airport Parking for Utah Oct_2016
I enjoy the convenience and location of this Airport Parking and the attendants are great too...but when will you ever get the WEST ELEVATOR fixed. It has been out of service way too long. Also, my last pick-up tool over 35 minutes and I had to keep calling to ensure someone was actually coming. This had never happened in the past and the fact I had a commitment that morning may have added to my anxiousness.

Tough to find a working elevator....................
Used it twice the past month - love the prices - but it's difficult to find a working elevator. Allow plenty of time to park and catch the shuttle.

Wait time for transportation was greater than 25 min

Parking/ Shuttles/ Elevators
Parking stalls are way too small even for my little sport car. The wait for shuttles at the airport back to parking is way too long. Need more shuttles or be frequent. Elevators are not working. ( haha)

Elevators not working
Have parked here before with no problems. Elevators not working this time which made things difficult.
