Convenient with good shuttle service.
We had no problems using Airport Center parking. I learned when we got there that I had to park on floor 4 or higher in their garage. Not a big deal until I found out their elevators were out of service. The shuttle van left promptly after we were ready to go to the airport and using their messaging system on arrival, we had practically no wait for a pick up van when we returned. We'd definitely use this parking facility again.

Airport offsite Parking
This was the first time that I had used this offsite parking. I found it to be really close to the airport and the shuttle was on time for my departure. My only complaints were the elevator was down on one side of the parking lot and I had to carry my luggage down the stairs. Also they didn't inform me on my arrival back to LAX that pickups are now on the upper deck where departures go out. These were minor hiccups and the shuttle was quick once I realized where I needed to be to catch it. I will be using this garage again.....:)

Price and location - great. Small spaces negative.
I always choose this place. Location and price are perfect, which is why I keep my review at 4 stars. On parking spots, though, I would give a one star. The compact spaces, which account for the vast majority of parking, are perfect for a fiat or Smart car. Never could I imagine parking my MINI van in such a spot -- yet, many people do, covering 2 spots, making may spaces unusable except for a motorcycle.

Nice parking in a chaotic airport!
Fine place to park with very nice staff in buses and check out.

Good service; good price point; could use more shuttles
the lost star is for the amount of time the shuttles can take. Everything else is good.

Long Waits
Frequently my personal experience has been that upon arrival at LAX I've a long walk from baggage claim level to the red sign. Upon arrival almost always there is a 15-30 minute wait for a van. Most times this is normal for me. What is discouraging is that I can count several vans from other parking companies going by several times within that same 15-30 minutes. Doing peak arrival times you need to double the number of vans circulating .

Very convenient
Very convenient and reasonably priced. The only problem for me was that the first time I used it I was not sure where it was.
