Great spot to park near LAX with very competitive daily rates. Can only park from Level 4 and upwards; first 3 levels are reserved for monthly pass holders. This multi level parking needs more exit signs and hence rated at 4 stars instead of 5. There is a regular shuttle service to and from the airport and the parking structure

Some suggesstions.
The exit signs can be made more clear. A restroom facility on the ground floor is a good idea. Also if East or the West side elevator is not operating, customer should somehow be notified before getting to the elevator and find that it is not operating.

If needed, I will use them again.
The garage was easy to find. The shuttles were frequent (though not as frequent as some of the other services.) The overall process was simple to follow. The only negative was confusion over which elevator(s) to use in the parking garage.

west elevator unavailable
The only downside is the west elevator not working and have to use the east elevator that is on the opposite side of the structure away from the shuttle.

Elevator Alert!!
Elevators closest to the van transfer location were out of service during the entire time of my parking at Airport Center 3-3 thru 3-11-17. I was told they were supposedly repaired but still not working. Had to use the elevators at the opposite end. Then needed to walk down a flight of stairs carrying my 40lbs of luggage. Not the easiest for a 70 year old with bad knees. On my return, very late on 3-11, another guest and I were given a golf cart ride to our cars. That was a very nice service on the part of the attendant. My rating would be lower otherwise.

Hi Tom, Thank you for your feedback. We do recognize the elevators have been down for quite some time. We are currently getting new elevators installed to resolve the ongoing elevator issues. We do apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your business. We hope to see you again soon. Thank you. Michael Hibbert General Manager

Have used facility twice in Jan and Feb 2017. Closest elevator to pick-up/drop off location was not in service. Alternate elevator not very convenient. Will use facility again soon. If, elevator again is not operating, will look for another parking service.

Shuttle buses go pretty regularly
Shuttle buses go pretty regularly, seldom wait more than 10 minutes. The elevators in their parking structure on the pick-up side have been out of order for months, though.
