It's a bit awkward to find the first time. They say, "Covered Parking" but the last time I used them I had to park on the roof of the lot which is - obviously - not covered, because it was almost full up. The Shuttles are sparse both directions so add 30 to 40 mins to your commute to get to and from the airport. Be warned - the shuttles are not all painted the same so you have to carefully read the title on the door looking for "Airport Center" on the mini bus door (almost all the other shuttles say something about the Airport, too, which is more confusing). You can't just look for a shuttle painted the same as the one that dropped you off. It's cheaper than most - my car was in good condition when I got back = they did their job. Nothing special. No complaints.

I'l start with the good...well the car was still there. The price was fair.... the bad - the elevator was broken and i had to walk to the other end of the structure with my suitcase and foot in a boot. Elevator still out after a week. took 3 calls to get a pick up at the airport. People on the shuttle bus weren't happy here either, but that's their review, not mine. I doubt i'll park here again

I appreciate how close it is and how quick getting to lax can be when it works. I've noticed problems in the last ~5 months: 1. Busses are too infrequent early or late 2. The website has been spotty, I can't always book my spot 3. Payment has been confusing. I have to forward and email to get my rate when leaving? Thanks for looking at it!

I like the lot and I like the price, but what's up with not fixing the elevator for MONTHS? C'mon guys... You can do better.

The main elevator was not working, which required us to push our luggage to a far elevator and than had to go back to the original area where the car was parked. Not fun to have to do that with large luggage, late at night and tired. With two elevators next to each other one should always be working. Too many compact spaces not suitable for a full size SUV. Would have rated it higher if the elevator was working, since the rest of the experience was good.

Very long wait for the shuttle. There were many other shuttles for other parking areas and they were arriving every 10 minutes or so. We waited in excess of 30 minutes on two seperate occasions.

It was "ok" My car was perfectly safe and dry however, the elevator was out and I had to carry my luggage down stairs to wait for the shuttle to take me to the airport. No one was around as it was fairly late in the night. I am pregnant- so this was not ideal at all but I couldn't miss my flight...

The location is great, close to the airport and parking is covered. If you make a reservation in advance, the price is good as well. However, the spaces are tiny, so I definitely wouldn't try parking a full size truck or SUV in there. And although there were several shuttle vehicles parked near the structure, there was about a 15 minute wait for a shuttle to get to the airport. Fine for this trip, but if you were running late, that could be a problem. Elevator nearest shuttle pickup doesn't work. Overall, it's okay for the price.
