Normally I would rate it 5 stars but …
Normally I would rate it 5 stars but the last time I was there the front elevator was inop and I parked in a handicapped spot near there only to have to walk the distance to the elevator on the other end of the property.

I would give 5 stars for the way back …
I would give 5 stars for the way back and 1 for the way there. The van wa full so two people were turned away. When the customer asked how long before the next bus would arrive the driver pretended to look at something ( which was her water glass ) and said 3 minutes. We then drove away and since I was sitting up front she turned to me and said " how would I know how long ". She said she looked at her cup and made up a time. I said what if they were hurrying for a flight, instead of making a choice to find an Uber or something else they think someone will be there in 3 minutes. She said " they should have gotten to the airport earlier". Let me mention that both hdrivers there and back were women. The first never left her seat and started my trip off very badly and the second jumped up to put my bag on, take it off and made sure everyone got on the shuttle safely at the airport. And even sang songs. It was a great atmosphere.i have used your service many times and your wait time is alittle long but I am giving you this rating because of how great the second driver was. So you know I was not the only person whe heard and saw what the first driver did and if it had been my first time using your shuttle, the first driver would have prevented me from using it again.

I have used airport center parking many …
I have used airport center parking many times, easy to find the enter, airport transfer around 20 minute, parking compact can't fit big size car.

This is my "go to" when I have to fly …
This is my "go to" when I have to fly out of LAX. However, PLEASE fix the elevator to the parking levels. Schlepping your heavy bags up stairs and over extra distances when you are tired does not make me want to frequent your business.

Shuttle took along time to arrive at …
Shuttle took along time to arrive at parking structure and elevators not working is an annoyance

I use them regularly, but....
Fabulous drivers and easy to make reservations, but the elevator in the garage has been out of order for months with no apparent progress or information available.

Love to park in this spot
Love to park in this spot. The only problem I have ever had is that the elevators have been out of service.

I love the convenience of the parking …
I love the convenience of the parking garage. However, it would really help if you repaired the elevators!
