The wait at the airport for the shuttle bus was too long. It tools us more 30 minutes to have the shuttle bus to pick us up at LAX.

The elevators were out of service which was extremely inconvenient. The signage throughout the facility is very poor. You will spend an extra fifteen minutes trying to navigate the location of stairs, elevators, bus stop, etc.

used the service twice at normal hours... both times the airport pickup time was over 20 minutes. I saw no less than 3 spot parking busses pass me while I waited for the Airport Center Bus... More busses are needed.

The reservation system does not take into account the fact that airport parking spaces are very difficult to find and many cars are improperly parked, taking up more than one space.

It only did this place not have any covered parking ! It was stuffed next to the ramp and was dusty and dirty ! Also the price fluctuation was not good either ! We had a different price for four days and the rate was not that great !
