Three of the four elevators are out of service, and the remaining one smelled as someone had been enjoying the herbal remedy inside.

Had to park on roof
Had to park on roof. Pretty crowded structure. Both elevators out so we unfortunately had to take luggage down 7 flights. Alot of people taking 2 spots with 1 car. Attendants helpful especially when my car didn't start on way home.

Satisfied but need to stop people taking up two parking spaces.
I have used your facility several times in the past and as with this booking I have been very satisfied. My only complaint about this time was the lack of available spaces. In driving around the facility searching for an open spot I noticed many cars parked between spaces and taking up two spots. Therefore limiting the available spaces.

I've been parking there for years
I've been parking there for years, and will continue to do so. Priced very nicely, and I feel that my car is safe when I park there. The only minor complaint would be that sometimes it seem I have to wait a long time for a shuttle when I return to LAX... not really a big deal, but still... And please, I hope the elevators are working again soon.
