I have parked at this location before and it has worked well. This time there was an elevator out of order (inconvenient). Also, the buses no longer pick up at "arrival" and it took a while to get a bus at "departure" to return to my car.

Hi Dave, Thank you for your feedback. We do recognize the elevators have been down for quite some time. We are currently getting new elevators installed to resolve the ongoing elevator issues. In regards to the pick up location being on level one, we do understand the frustration however we have to comply with LAWA directions. I have been parking here for over 3 years, and even though most spaces are tight it is still a good price for covered parking.... but it would be ideal if we could pay online, like in the past. JC

Confused but now C.
I reserved a parking spot for a decent price but when I arrived there were no parking spots. Most of the parking was for compact cars and the larger cars were taking up two spots. When I finally drove through about three times I found a parking spot. After I parked I couldn't find the shuttle to the airport. I walked around the entire building until I found it. I wish the website had more in depth instructions for first time users. It was all very confusing and unclear, even the texting pick up system. However now that I've decoded it I could see myself making future reservations.

I had to extend my rental by a few days and couldn't figure out how to do that online so I was just going to pay the balance when I was leaving. Big mistake - the parking lot did not honor the price I had paid online and I spent way more money than I should have on those few days. I'll be hesitant to do that again.

If you booked through a third party vendor they will not be able to extend your stay, but instead just book you another reservation. I hope this will help you and others for future reservations.
