We waited 45 minutes for a shuttle at LAX and a shuttle drove right past us.

Wait was unacceptably long, both going to the airport and upon our return. Upwards of 20 minutes. Also, upon paying at exit (I had made a reservation online), they required ME to text them the reservation. So you think you're finally on your way but no you have to scroll through emails to find a month's old reservation. What a horrible system. I've used this parking company for about 10 years and am very disappointed to see the steep and sudden downward spiral of service here. I won't be returning.

The online reservation system is convenient and provides the discounted rate, but also creates an "OVERBOOKED" situation, which is not good!!! Went to the Airport Center at the reserved time, but spent over 45 minutes looking for a parking spot...saw many instances where there were the large SUVs or trucks parked in the compact spots or vehicles straddling two spots. Finally found a spot on the roof level, but to further "add insult to injury", the elevator was out of order, so I had to carry my luggage down five levels!!! I have been parking at the Airport Center for almost 20 yrs, but sadly its time to find another parking facility when I have to travel out of LAX.

Made an online reservation. Got there and the sign said full. There was no one around to ask if that meant with or without reservations. I didn't have time to investigate and I didn't want to take a ticket to go in without an attendant around to refund in case it really was full. Go to lot C. At least you know what you're getting.

Never again I will park here! On our returning trips we were waiting for pick up to our car but waited for an hour but no shuttle to be found! Called customer they kept on saying it's on the way but Still no where to be found! We ended up had to take a taxi there which cost us additional $30! Very disappointed
