Great service. My only complaint is that it seems like there is not a lot of parking for larger vehicles except for roof parking. All compact car parking.

Reservation system was fine. Only issue was upon return, the pickup location wasn't where it had been ( different level and different sign) and had to call to find out it had moved. Need to update sign at departure with correct info on website with special hi light and hand out flyer in the shuttle outbound with new special instructions.

Very good and convenient location. Only need more frequent shuttles to pick up on arrival. Never an issue getting to the airport after parking the car but most always a long wait to be picked up after arrival.

I have been parking here since 2010 and will continue to do so. The only problem is that a change in parking assignments has severely reduced handicapped parking. More of those spots should be available up front. Otherwise, I find the employees helpful and professional.

This was our first time parking at the airport center express. Our experience was overall positive. The only negative was that it was a bit unclear on where we could park. The lot was full and most available spots were for monthly parking only. We had to circle around several times to park in an undesignated spot. And, the spots are tight. We got a very reasonable price special, so it was a good value. The shuttles were very timely too we did not wait for more than 15 minutes both ways. We would park here again.

Always the cheapest parking at LAX which I love. Only wish that there were more shuttles that came to the garage and airport more often.

Fairly easy to check-in, and check-out. Charges were as quoted. Parking stalls, except for those facing the building exteriors, were very tight...worried about getting dinged by neighboring parked cars.

On our departure day the lady driver (5/19 @ 4:30 AM) was very courteous and helped with our bags. On our arrival day (5/27 @ 9:30 PM) the male driver did not help us with our bags. In fact, I assisted another traveler loading & unloading their bags.
