The drop off is always quick but pick …
The drop off is always quick but pick up times are slow. We see so many other parking lot shuttles come by us sometimes even see them 2-3 times before our shuttle comes. Great pricing just leave yourself extra time when returning to your car!

Hi Joseph, Thank you for your feedback. I will rectify the bus timing with the shuttle drivers as we enter peak season. We do apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your business. We hope to see you again soon. Thank you. Michael Hibbert General Manager

Very few parking spaces
Very few parking spaces; most spaces reserved for monthly patrons. Parking spaces, if available, are so small that you would have to park too close to adjacent car and difficult to get out.
Response from Airport CenterApr 6, 2017
Hi Mani, Thank you for your feedback. We do recognize that we have many tenant reserved spaces in our garage. If you park on the West side (Crowne Plaza) of the garage there are no reserved spaces. Hope fully this will help in your next stay. We do apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your business. We hope to see you again soon. Thank you. Michael Hibbert General Manager

Why only average
Elevators at end of garage by airport bus did not work - on arrival on 2/23 and 10 days later on 3/4. What a pain to drag suitcases around garage to other end or use stairs! Two empty buses went by airport pickup area really quickly with drivers not even looking in my direction. 3rd bus stopped -- so pickup wait was about 20 min. Great coupon price

Hi Anne, Thank you for your feedback. We do recognize the elevators have been down for quite some time. We are currently getting new elevators installed to resolve the ongoing elevator issues. We do apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your business. We hope to see you again soon. Thank you. Michael Hibbert General Manager

Time for elevator repairs
I have been parking at airport center for several years and love the location. However, of recent the main elevator has been out of service for some time and walking down several flights of steps with luggage is not always an option. Of course, one can walk to the other end of the parking garage and take 2 separate elevators down or take 1 elevator to the second floor and then walk down steps to the first. Then backtrack the distance of the garage to get to the shuttle. All of this does add extra time and is inconvenient. So, although I have stuck with airport center, hoping that the elevators would be operating by my next trip, if they aren't, I will probably move to another parking garage.

Fix the elevator!!!!!!!!!!!
We are looking at alternative parking near the airport because for the past months the elevator is not working. The second elevator is also having issues so will we have to carry our luggage 5 flights of stairs?

I was double charged
I made a reservation and paid for 2/23 to 3/5 on 2/22($7.95 a note) When I went to check out my reservation was not honored and my credit card was charged again for double the price of my reservation. I'm checking my credit card statement to see if there were 2 charges. If so I expect a refund for the $182 I was charged the second time. Dennis 720-809-5224

Good and Bad
The pick up service from the parking to LAX was great! Prompt, easy no issues. The pickup from the Airport back to the parking garage not so great! Driver took about 40 minutes to pick our group up. We waited at our designated spot and sent a text to the number provided, we even had to call directly and spoke to someone twice that mentioned that driver was on his way. Well 40 minutes later, he showed up. Not a great experience at 1am. The date of the pickup was supposed Tuesday, February 14th.
