This was a very convenient parking lot for a first timer but I would make a couple of suggestions. You need to let people know what to expect when they approach the garage, like the very steep ramp that you drive up. You need to let them know about the different levels of parking for certain terms. I think I went around in circles for 10 to 15 minutes and it wasn't until I found an employee that I was told that the parking lot spiraled up to the level I needed to go. And it would have been helpful to know that your business had no central office to check in with . This lot was recommended to me by an acquaintance who uses your lot often. And I would use it again, just introduce a little more customer friendly hints. Thanks for everything.

We have parked here for many years and will continue .Only problem we have had is that we reserved covered parking and paid for covered parking but we had to park on top floor and there was not anymore covered parking for us .....sad for us ☹ but we love this location just wished they would of been more informative as we did go to kiosk and talk to representative she stated that she could not help us as she could not leave the kiosk as to our return they showed me where the office was and I let them know they said they couldn't do anything for us... We have always had a great stay

Easy entry, easy exit, good discount if you reserve on line ahead of time. Transport to and from airport is by Crowne Plaza shuttle, which does not seem to run as often as the other hotel shuttles (Hilton, sheraton, Marriott, etc.).

Everything is great, just need more frequent shuttles.

Easy to find parking and price is reasonable. However, wish they can have the shuttles run more frequent. Saw other parking lots shuttles drive by the a few times before their own shuttles. Waited almost half a hours for the shuttles.

Finding a parking space was hard. Cars were parked haphazard and 2 cars occupied 3 spots. I had made reservations but there was no attendant around to ask any questions. Fortunately a guy was getting out after I had made 2 rounds on alll 6-7 floors that I could park and relieved as I was getting late for the red eye. May be because it was long weekend. Coming back was pleasant. I give 4 stars
