The elevators were broken causing an extra long walk both upon entry and return two days later. I had to get out of my car and walk outside the building to get cell signal to show that I had made a reservation to get the discount. You should tell folks that they have to have a physical copy of the reservation or provide a pdf file of it that can be recalled on the phone. Facility is quite dirty. Some lights are out. this must be a cash cow operation with so many problems.

Hard to find parking. The parking spaces are really small. People take two parking spaces to park. Other than this it is good. Just need to bring a small car. Transportation to and from airport is good.

Would have made my travel a little bit easier if both elevators in the parking garage were working. After a long weekend and getting in late, hauling my suitcase up the stairs was a disappointment

I would give more stars. Everything is pretty good about here: price, convenience, timeliness of shuttles, courteous staff. But the elevators closest to shuttle waiting area being broken for months now is incredibly inconvenient. Especially when you're lugging a bunch of bags and luggage.
