Used to be good but now it's too crowded. The last 3 times I used it I drove round for ages trying to find a space but it was completely full, nearly missed my flights each time. Also the elevators often out of service.

Pulled up at the lot and was told it was overbooked. We had to scramble and find another, more expensive, lot further from the airport. Good thing we didn't pay up front.

Reserved parking 6 months in advance. Arrived on time on 12/24/16 and were told the lot was full and to head over to Wally Park. Upon arrival at Wally Park and explaining our situation with your company, we were told they were not accepting anymore Airport Express overflow. We said we were worried about missing our flight and asked (begged) them to take one more car which they did and sent us up to the roof. We have always had covered parking with Airport Express, but were relieved to have any parking at all. Very stressful few minutes while they were deciding whether they could accept one more car.

Made reservations online but spent more than one hour to find a space.

We parked at this facility twice in 30 days. Both times the main elevator was broken, requiring us to walk a very long extra distance to the adjoining garage to get in and out of the lot. The second time, upon our arrival, the elevator in the adjoining garage was also not working, so we had to go up five (5!) flights of stairs with a lot of luggage (this is a big deal because I have 2 artificial knees) in addition to dragging ourselves back from the adjoining garage.

The elevator up from the 5th floor was busted, so that was annoying to drag down all the luggage. When I returned from my trip there was no shuttle for over an hour. The phone system was down as well and I couldn't get a hold of anyone. I ended up riding in another shuttle. When I got back to my car my front tire was flat with a nail. Not sure how that happened. Might not be airport centers fault. I did like how the shuttle driver to the airport told me about the online discounts available. That was nice. And maybe the only reason I gave you a 2/5 rather than a 1.

The entrance is confused, no human to call to ask. When coming back, no shuttle pick up. stand on curve with cold wind. my eyes rolling back and forth to look for shuttle but no sign of Airport Center shuttle on street.

Airport Center's elevators haven't worked the few times we've parked there, making us take the long way around and making us miss our shuttle. The spots are also very hard to find and so small that if someone parks a little bit over the line, then you can't park there. We have to keep driving up and up, almost to the roof. Also, there aren't enough drivers and they say you can text them to pick up, but it's an automated system that doesn't really alert the drivers. It takes forever to get picked up. Sometimes, 45 minutes to an hour will go by before getting picked up.
