Airpark NewarkReviews of airparknewark.com

Very easy to locate. I didn't wait more than a minute for the shuttle. The driver was very professional, friendly and helpful. He loaded my bag on the shuttle for me, gave me a card and explained exactly what I needed to do on my return. It was very easy to find the shuttle stop on my return and again, the shuttle was there within 5 minutes. The driver was again very professional, friendly and helpful. He loaded my bag in my car and waited for me to start my car before pulling away. The one slightly negative point I have is that I was charged for a full day of parking because my flight was delayed a few hours on my return. I did prepay for my parking and there was no mention on the company website about there being an additional charge if you leave past your estimated reservation time. Other than this slightly negative point, I would definitely use this parking facility again.

Going was great. Paid in advance. There were spots available for me to park. You stay in your car w your hazards on & the shuttle will come to you. Reasonably priced. The only issue is pick up on the return trip. They say they make rounds every 15 minutes. If that's true they need a better system. I waited over 20 minutes in the cold. You have to wait outside for pick up & in bad weather every minute seems like an eternity.

Good parking for the money.

It was some what confusing for first time users .

My only complaint was that it took around 20 minutes for shuttle to pick us up at the airport. In that time, I saw 2-3 shuttles from other lots.

Everything was great. Just had to wait about 20 minutes for puck up on my return but otherwise would definitely use you again.

The only issue I had was there was no designated spot for pick up they should mention it as they drop you off OR on the online reservation paperwork somewhere . That would have made it so simple.

Parking lot is close enough to EWR, but shuttle took forever to come. Waited a half hour at the terminal.
