Came back to the lot to a flat tire on my car (apparently ran over some glass). Folks in the building were very nice as well as the sweet security officer lady who came over to make sure we did not need anything while we waited for my roadside assistance. They let the guy into the lot to help us and waived him out. No extra charges for sitting in the lot after my reservation time had ended. Great pick up service by the shuttles as well!
