Overall a good experience with Airpark Newark

I was taken by surprise upon arrival at the lot in Newark in the early morning on 12/27 that they were overbooked and rather than being able to park my car (and keep my keys), I had to just double-park it and hand the key to my driver who would valet it later. Neither the driver nor another attendant were courteous in explaining the situation - on the contrary, they were rude to the customers in the bus. I left worrying if I’d have a car upon my return. Good news is that the shuttle driver upon my return explained how things would work when we arrived at the lot and he ensured we got our key, found the car and were off in short time. A mixed experience with an operator and lot I’ve usually found superior to others.

Fair price Good service

On arrival, I took a ticket as instructed at entering the facility and was told that even though I payed on line there would be no problem when I returned. At exiting the facility, the was some confusion on if I had paid or not. It took some time to figure this all out.

Overall this self parking facility is convinient. iI like that you just drive in and park. The wait time for the shuttle to the airport was reasonable. The scan code they provided in the email did not work for me at the gate but a friendly parking staff manually printed the parking tag for me. The only down side in my experience is the shuttle driver insisted on a tip and we did not have any small cash handy. This slowed us down and we had to take the time to find & break a large dollar bill to give him a tip, while we were in a rush to catch the flight. It would be more convinient if your online system would allow us to pay a tip upfront , so it doesnot slow us down while trying to catch a flight

Quick and easy pick up and departure for Newark airport with friendly drivers. Only removed one star because we were not given any cards with major road directions

Great shuttle service. Only thing that was slightly unpleasant wad the 38 minute wait for the shuttle that is alleged to run every 15 minutes. Other than thatery flawless. Thank you Airpark!

While enroute to airport for departure flight shuttle was also picking people up. Seems like it would be faster if one shuttle picked up and one dropped off. Other than that service was great. Highly recommend....
