So easy on the departure and the arrival! Great company!

Great bus was waiting where we parked and pick up at the airport was easy.

Tried this lot based on positive reviews from others. Very happy with the choice. They are as close as on site parking, and less expensive. We did not wait long at all for a ride to the airport. More importantly, when we were ready to go back to the car at 5.30am a shuttle was already at the pickup point. He dropped us right at our car! Easy entry and exit by scanning the QR code received by email when I made the reservation. Employees were very helpful, loading and unloading bags for us. They werel courteous, and seemed to enjoy their jobs. I will use this lot when flying from Newark for sure.

This was the best parking experience I've had at Newark Airport. Easy in, easy out! Courteous drivers and staff. Really great!

Great service and convenience

Great experience both departing and returning. Waited 7 minutes for van upon return. Would definitely use Air Park again.

I am not a review person, but I just had to write this one! Have been living in the USA for the last 11 years. Working and traveling the world. Leaving my car at a parking close to the Newark airport is something mandatory all my trips start with :)! I can say that I was never happy with the parking services I picked. Many times I ended up with making online reservations, but not available spots once at the parking lot. Missed few flights as well. I am extremely happy that I discovered Airpark Newark just a day before I left for Vegas. From the moment of the online reservation, to the drop off and pick up I felt safe, well served and that I can enjoy my flight. The way the entire process is build is great - you are certain that there will be a spot waiting for you. You don't have to wait outside for the shuttle, it just circles around and picks up the customers from their cars. The staff is extremely polite and explain everything once at the shuttle. The customer is given a card with all the needed information plus a number of where their car is exactly parked in order on the way back to be dropped off exactly by their car. The gentleman who picked me up from the airport even helped me putting my suitcase in my car. Shuttles are at the airport often then the rest of the parking companies. I can keep writing more... Bravo, very good job Airpak! P.S. For the awesome service price seems low to me!!!!

Great! Our car was safe and secure, personnel were informed and helpful and very responsive when we returned.
