I have always used AirPark and been happy with its services. Now that it's no longer valet and that you don't have to call are pretty good changes. I was very disappointed in the time I had to wait for pick up - over 20 minutes. Saw other shuttles come by at least twice or more in that time. Just glad it wasn't cold or rain or snow.

The wait time for the shuttle was to long. Watched other parking service buses come by twice before Airpark bus came.

Hey Mr Knight.. Sorry for any delay. Just keep in mind that the bus you probably saw is from a competitor who has 4 different lots. Their buses are all the same except for sign in front window. So it looks like they are running more buses than they are...

On my reservation, I had put return time 6:00 PM. My flight was 30 minutes late and by the time, shuttle picked me and brought me to the lot, it was 6:20 PM. Attendant asked for $11.45 for over time. I have never heard anybody charging extra, specially when I had already paid for one extra whole day.

The service was great until I got back to my car, I was charged an extra day although I had prepaid.

Mark Thanks for writing.. You were charged for the times you put in on your reservation When you parked, you were charged for the actual time parked. It was longer than what you had reserved for.. In the travel business, timing is not an exact science.. You reserved for 7 days 1 3/4 hours. This falls within our 2 hour grace period.. You ACTUALLY parked 7 days 2 3/4 hours. OVER the 2 hour grace period. (Most company's do not offer the grace period. One minute over and you pay) So this is why you got hit for the extra day charge. Again, this is normal, and the extra day charge was correct. If you had put that info in your reservation, you would have prepaid the extra day also

The trip to the airport was fine, but we waited thirty minutes on our return, after seeing an AirPark van just drive by in the outside lane without stopping, very annoying waiting that long!

Brand new location that is convenient to the airport. Easy entry into self-park lot with bar code on phone. Bus was there quickly for ride to airport. Giving average rating because drop off was at outside island for arrivals. Very inconvenient for departing passengers with luggage. Need to drop off at departures level. Pick up was easy, got lucky and van was passing by jumped right in for ride to car.
