This was the 2nd time I've had to wait over 20 minutes (not 15 or less) for the shuttle to pick me up at the terminal. And this time, it was raining. I understand this may not be the drivers fault, but it still sucks. Then when it finally arrived, it was a 'mini-bus'....not a 'shuttle'. It was difficult for me to get in since people were already in the front row, and I had to crawl into the row behind them. You should only be running the airport 'shuttle' type vans, to make it easy for people to get inside with their carry-on luggage.

At 1:00 pm on February 2, the attendant on the exit gate was rude. She was upset because I forgot to scan in or get a ticket on initial traveling date. Besides her everything else was good. Make sure you let first timers like me know they have to scan their barcode (I had paid online).

Pickup driver at airport was nasty!

It was very frustrating that we couldn't be dropped off at the actual NJ Transit airtrain and instead had to go through the whole airport and on the monorail to get there. The website says "Our self-parking facility is only 2 minutes from the AirTrain Newark. After parking your vehicle, you’ll board one of our shuttles which will take you directly to the AirTrain". This is simply not the case and the roundabout way added at least 30 minutes to our trip, making it neither the quickest, nor cheapest way to get into NYC from Newark. I'm sure this parking would be fine if you were trying to go to the airport.

We went to drop our vehicle off at 6:30PM on January 7. The shuttle pulled up behind our car immediately. The shuttle doors opened. No assistance was render with luggage, instead the driver was more interested in his cell phone. When I asked a question he responded "can you say that again?". He asked which terminal we were leaving from. We were dropped off were they pick up passengers. No offer of assistance with luggage of the shuttle or why we were not dropped off at the departing passengers area of the terminal. So we continued to walk up to floors with 2 full size pieces of luggage and 3 carry ons. Not good to start. Pick up was totally opposite. Shuttle pulled up within 5 minutes. Driver assisted with luggage. Dropped us off at the rear of our vehicle and assisted with luggage again. This driver was pleasant and professional unlike the first driver that took us to the terminal. After the experience I am unsure if I would use AirPark again. For the price it may be better and less of an inconvenience to just use Uber or Lyft.

Price was good. Driver never gave us a voucher for parking spot so after 1 week we couldn’t remember where we parked. Also took a while for pick up at airport

I recently used Airpark Newark. The drop-off process was very easy but the pick up process after my trip is where I experienced some difficulty. I think the driver lacked communication skills and was very unprofessional. I was on my way to pick up my car and he got upset with me because I was not aware of the drop off procedure. He was very rude and for that reason I gave the rating of 3 stars.

Very slow pick up process. Multiple other shuttles came 2 and 3 times before Airpark shuttle arrived. Was freezing and raining so having to wait 30 mins was horrible. Probably will not use them again and use one of the "faster" servicesnext time like Spot or the other similar one. My true experience
