We were not refunded our 150 damage deposit and made repeated attempts to recover. There was no damage whatsoever to the property. Will never use Airpads again.

Airpads was fantastic, they did a wonderful job at booking my rooms and accommodating for everything that I needed. Our stay in Vegas was wonderful. Thank you for such great service.

Hotel was good . Still waiting to get rememberst for being over charged for our stay, 2 week waiting after airpads admitted their mistake not even a confirmation email . Very poor customer services could you please rectify this and email me when you have more information on my reemberment .

Bad service - one bad (booked and confirmed) was missing. No answer from the management via mail. After 30mins staying on the phone, I gave up the hotline.
