I would love to give a review on the product, but I ordered it on 12/28/2024 and as of the writing of this review, (3/24/2025) I have not received the Airify vacuum cleaner. I have conacted the company but have not received a response and have asked for a refund several times. Customer service is horrible, and the company isn't much better.

I ordered straight from the company instead of big box Amazon. What a mistake. It took almost a month to get it. Also, I had to email the company because they shipped the extra filters and not the vacuum. What a joke. I still have not received the extra filters I ordered even though they supposedly shipped first. The other issue is they list a California address, open 8am to 8pm and no phone number. The worse part is tracking I find it comes from China, with a California business address and no phone number. Product was ok, company sucks. I'll order from Amazon next time. My fault.

This is a truly terrible product with virtually no customer support. Not only does the product not work, the attachments don't fit, the suction is tepid, and the button to boost the suction doesn't work. Attempts to connect with customer support were ignored. I even said in my entreaties to them that I wanted to give them a chance to address my concerns. No response, hence this review.

Piece of shit* doesn't work, took forever toget! Tried over half a dozen times to stopped order and refund money never happened. have been trying to get a refund forever from this company that I can't seem to contact with unless I'm buying something and getting ripped off again DO NOT BUY!!!!

This is a scam. Ordered 2 vacuums and took over 3 weeks to arrive from China. Does not work at all as advertised. Soon as I opened it I realized they are very poor quality. The ads are fake, they barely vacuum up Cheerios. Blow function does not work. Contacted company immediately and no response. Tried again a week later and nothing. Disputed the claim with my credit card company and received a refund a month later. At least I was able to reclaim my money but not worth the time and effort.

Took 5 weeks to get my order. Product does not perform as advertised. Made in China. Very, very weak suction and blowing. Will not return my email or phone call requests to return product.

DO NOT BUY. The ads about the suction strength are a Lie. My Airify Pro2 worked for 2 weeks with average suction - not like the ads - then stopped working . Sent an email to their Tech Support 3 weeks ago - No response . Tried calling their 800# over several days - busy signal . Do Not Waste Your Money. Updated March 2025 - Brought the inferior vacuum to my senior Engineer at the office . Turns out the Battery died after just 3 weeks of use !! Wires are attached to the battery , so I cannot easily replace it. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau & sent a 3rd email to Tech Support. Wish I had purchased thru Amazon for easy exchanges . This company only offers warranty for 30 days. Such a headache to resolve !! Do Not purchase . 4/11/25 Update. This unreputable company did not even reply to Better Business Bureau. They are dishonest with zero integrity .

Are they real? Go to their website, copy their address into Google Maps, zoom in at street level. What do you see at that exact address, including the suite #? Not Airify. That should be another clue to the validity of this business.
