We So bad they kept me waiting a lot of time checked everything in the bags made me close it again, stickers on my bag idk what to say or what to do so shameful.

I had a deeply disappointing experience with Air Haifa, not because of the wartime situation—which I fully understand—but because of a complete failure in communication that caused me real and avoidable damage. I booked a return flight from Larnaca to Haifa (Invoice Receipt 63073). As the regional situation escalated in March 2026, I proactively contacted Air Haifa multiple times to confirm the status of my flight. At no point was I informed that my flight had been cancelled. Instead, I received only vague emergency notices advising passengers to check the website. Based on the information published there, I was led to believe that my flight was still operating from Ben Gurion Airport. Relying on this, I travelled to the airport early in the morning—only to discover that no such flight existed. There was no check-in counter, no prior notification, and no assistance until much later. By then, the damage was done: I missed my onward connection and had to purchase an entirely new ticket at significant cost. This is not about disruption caused by extraordinary circumstances. It is about a basic duty of care: informing passengers when a flight is cancelled. That did not happen. What is equally troubling is the lack of meaningful follow-up. Despite filing a formal complaint (Ref. 00049130), I received no proper human response, no explanation, and no accountability—only generic, anonymous emails. I travelled under difficult personal circumstances to visit my 90-year-old mother during a time of conflict. I understand pressure. I understand crisis. But that does not excuse silence, disorganization, or neglect. Air Haifa failed in the most fundamental responsibility an airline has: to communicate clearly with its passengers. Until this is addressed seriously—with transparency, accountability, and compensation—I cannot recommend this airline.

Bad experience. I felt disrespected as a customer. Changing the flight destination to an airport over 120 km away from the airport where the tickets were sold, without providing transportation to and from the original destination, delay in opening the flight gate without any explanation or warning... I have never experienced such poor service from an airline before!

Over 3 hour hr delay, couldn't check in until 2 hours before flight so stuck in airport with all luggage for hours on end. Then we arrived and suitcase didn't arrive due to weight limits - i pay for a suitcase when they know they won't send it on my flight???? What in the world?? Nowhere to make a claim on their website so I whatsapped them and they don't want to give me compensation although by law they have to. I will take them to court

First was delayed 1.5 hours, then by the gate we waited another 2 hours with noone there to speak to and noone telling us what was going on. Then arrived at ben gurion and none of my cases arrived. We were told that due weight limit of the plane some cases were never loaded on. Now, why do they offer to add on a case if the pane has a weight capacity???

New airlines that operates flights from Haifa to Eilat and Larnaca. In the meantime they offer affordable prices. Less than 2 weeks before the flight, they delayed it by 3:15 hours, then a day before they precede it by 45 minutes and the actual flight itself was delayed by more than 1:30 hours. Can't count on them.
