John Grey is awesome. He listens to what you say. He responds quickly with all the information needed for our flights. We contacted him on a Saturday afternoon not expecting to hear back from him until Tuesday as it was the long Presidents Day weekend....he responded in less than 1 minute. We were able to get flights booked for 6 people from SLC to ANC. He is one of the best customer service representatives I have talked to in a very long time.
