The team rushed within an hour without thoroughly doing the job. Last time job was thorough and I was satisfied.

Hi, this is Melissa at Air Duct Pros, Inc, i am sorry you were not satisfied with your last service. The team that we use, has been working together for over 10 years, so they can get the job done quickly, but still thoroughly. I could also send them out to inspect for thoroughness as well.
