Not worth it...
Really disappointed with the contents of the box: some fliers, a key chain, a few stickers... plus one Minecraft accessory. That and the time it took to arrive (almost 4weeks) won't certainly not entice me to buy another box.

it's a scam...
I did NOT receive my box... and since you deny any responsibility in your website, I'm pretty sure you didn't even send it and this is just a scam... screw you... SHIPPING POLICY: Air Drop Crates is not responsible for any loss and/or damage of any order during shipment. RETURN POLICY: Air Drop Crates does not accept any returns for any given reason REIMBURSEMENT POLICY: Air Drop Crates does not do refunds on their products so if i don't get what i paid for or it comes broken you just ignore it... great scam, i mean, customer service... i already deactivated the subscription if you dare charge me again i will sue you...

Hello, our team has reached out to you personally via email. Our system and our team have sent you the tracking number for your order. For international orders as mentioned, can take anywhere from 1 - 4 weeks. We have no control over customs and how long they can hold a product before releasing it. As you see in the tracking number it has been shipped and made its way to the country in the shipping address. If you have any further questions please email us at [email protected] We are writing an extension on this reply, the crate has been delivered! We have done everything we were supposed to do as a company. We packed and shipped the order on time. Once the crate leaves our warehouse we have no control over how long it takes for a customer to receive the box. That being said, this was an international order and we cannot control how long customs holds goods. As mentioned in the previous paragraph, It states on our site 1 - 4 weeks for international orders. Your order was delivered in less than 4 weeks.

I have been trying to cancel this order…
I have been trying to cancel this order for weeks and can’t get anyone to help me. I get an email that asks for my order number and then nothing. I cancelled this order before it automatically restarted and it still went through. I would like my subscription cancelled.

I canceled but was still charged
I canceled but was still charged. This was supposed to be a 1 year Christmas gift. Getting a response from anyone has been very difficult and you guys are refusing to cancel and refund. If this is truly how you do business it is a horrible business practice. I couldn't afford to keep getting this and it has put me in a really bad spot. You guys lied and said you sent multiple emails about renewal but only sent one saying you were charging me and I canceled immediately. Not to happy with the customer service I have received if you can even call it that.
