The company sells a good product. Airdog air purifier is the product; I use it to filter the air in my house.

Purchased 2 Airdog air purifiers in 2021, they have worked great. I would consider this air purifier environmentally friendly, just wash the cells, dry and you are back in business. No filter cartridge to purchase and then throw away, one less item to fill up the landfills. Also they have great customer service!

AirDog has hands down the best customer support. I have purchased their products for years and their support is why I stick with them. Their products are built like tanks but the support is what keeps me coming back. They just take care of me every time and that is invaluable. Can't tell you how much I appreciate that. You get to talk with real people right away not an AI help bot. Can't recommend this company enough.

We got the Airdog X5 in Nov 2018 and have been extremely satisfied with how much it improved the air quality in our home. Our health, especially allergies improved. We love that you don't need to replace filters and there's no recurring costs. In 2020 during COVID, we decided to get the X3 models to help with killing viruses and protect us even more. We got 3, one for each bedroom and have loved using them. They are so quiet at night and they don't disrupt our sleep like some other purifyers we used before. Customer Support has been excellent. Recently, we ordered a replacement wire screen for one X3. After 7 years, the X5 stopped working and Karina helped us to troubleshoot, but unfortunately we have to send it back for repair. I'm in the process of doing this and feel confident that in approximately 2 weeks we will have our working Airdog X5 back home. We will miss it til then.

I have had my Airdog X5 since 2020 and I have been so pleased with the quality and performance of this product. This purifier has gotten me through the California wild fire and COVID. The ease of use cleaning the reusable filters has really made this product amazing. The fact that I don't have to worry about ordering new filters and dealing with replacements is truly awesome. Additionally, the customer service is beyond incredible and very quick. Would highly recommend.

Airdog has truly impressed me with their customer support. I reached out because I needed to procure a cable, and their team was extremely helpful from start to finish. Not only did they provide the cable I needed, but before shipping it out, they followed up to make sure they had the correct color. That extra step showed real care and attention to detail. It’s rare to see this level of service, and it made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend Airdog for both their product support and their commitment to helping customers.

I had an X3 and an X5 for more than 6 years; they were bought for my senior to use at home since they are very sensitive about the air quality at their residence. They never complained about the products, and the little guys quietly did their work every day. It's great that you don't have to worry about changing a filter at all. One day, my dad told me the plug (power adapter) had accidentally broken, so I looked online and at all the electronics stores I could think of; they had some weird voltage ratings, and all I could find were used ones on eBay. I contacted customer service; after a few email exchanges, I was offered a free replacement, without any shipping charges. I would be happy to pay for one, let alone a totally free one. Excellent service! That's how you win your customer!

We absolutely love our AirDog X5 as it has dramatically improved the air quality in our house, especially with dog fur from our Labrador. When our motor stopped working, Katrina in Customer Service helped us order a new one with a handy video for a quick fix.
