It’s unfortunate that the one place that tends to have the largest selection of aircraft items is also completely incompetent when it comes to shipping and Customerservice. I think they’re official policy when you call the Customerservice line is what do you want me to do about it?

Spruce's website gives wildly overoptimistic shipping dates, blatantly inaccurate and they know it! The odd honest customer service rep will diplomatically let you know your order promised to ship at the end of the afternoon may not leave until at times weeks later! Don't rely at all on when the website says your package is going to ship. And when they have messed up the order and you try and revise your order to work around the missing or late items, they refuse! They will only let you start a new order, for which they will not provide free shipping, even when the first order was large enough to qualify for free shipping! Who do they think they are??? Corporate Rules prevent customer service reps from serving their customers.

I purchased an ADSB unit and it took a month to figure out that they had held it in will call so right before my trip I called them and they say that they can send it second day UPS ground and it'll be to me before Saturday, by Friday, now I get an email saying that it's going to be Saturday afternoon... So that's basically a whole day wasted on the island where I have a hotel. And I'm not even sure the weather is going to be flyable Sunday. Not acceptable

I purchased a Concord battery from another company and what they shipped was 19 months old. They were trying to dump old inventory on customers. The battery I received from Aircraft Spruce was 3 weeks old. This was much better service than the other company

The product is supposed to have a five-year shelf life, but I received it with only two years remaining.

I placed an order on April 29th 2025 with the delivery date of 7-10 business days. 2 weeks went by and I emailed and they said they were out of stock and I would be getting the item in 2 weeks. Another 2 weeks go by and I call them and they said another week. I asked since I have been inconvenienced, could they do expedited shipping. They said no that I would have to pay for that. It has been a month and a half. You would think they would eat the cost of shipping for all this confusion. I ever received the order, I would be surprised. I will not do business with them again.
