In the post Covid era with complimentary upgrades for all I have gone from being loyal to one airline where I racked up 1,700,000 miles through the years to being loyal to Brian from airbusinesstravel.com. Over the past two years, Brian has booked more Business class flights to Europe and Asia then I can recount that have all been incredibly positive experiences.
