I ordered this in June 2025. It is now October and have received nothing. Beware a scam!

Weeks ago I posted a negative review concerning the Airbrush product. Recently the company contacted me in response to this review offering me their apologies and a partial refund as it had been well over the 30 day return policy. I appreciate them reaching out and want to thank them for making this transition right. My biggest complaint was not being able to contact the company in a timely manner. As for the product, it is possible that my hair texture was not suited for the Airbrush.

Terrible product and terrible customer service. Do NOT purchase this 5-1 airbrush. It is cheaply made, has poor heat and does not work as described. They will ask you for numerous videos when requesting a return, and still do not grant one. Avoid completely throwing away your money! Edited to add that Airbrush has reached out and is now offering a partial refund for my product. They tried many times to reach out to offer a partial refund. Review their return policy prior to purchasing.

I ordered this $100 Air brush in late June. It is now 2 months later and it is unusable. Contacted the company and they indicated it has a 30 day warranty - no returns after that. The booklet that accompanied the dryer indicates a 1 year warranty. Also says they have "service centers" - not true on both counts. I have seen other reviews that gave had the same issue after 2 months. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

Do not buy anything from this site. They are a scam. Never received my parcel and when I put through a query i got the runaround. They take no accountability once it’s shipped . Big Scam ..

Do not buy anything from this company! I purchased the 5 in 1 (falsely advertised as a dupe for Dyson) and they sent me a device with a non-US plug. When I contacted customer service, they gave me the run-around for weeks with ridiculous questions and requests (send video showing plug doesn’t fit in your outlet) then ghosted me entirely. I never received a refund or instructions on how to return. I think this is just a shell company built to scam people.
