I loved the airbrush when I received it, but it is poorly made. Within 2-3 months, I had a crack in my barrel and the accessories would not stay in the end due to plastic breaking. I called customer svc and they told me “too bad, so sad” basically because I was out if the thirty day window of guarantee. I do care for my appliances - this was clearly a default of the product! I was not pleased - with the product OR the response. Would not buy again unless there was a product improvement. It was a waste of my money.

I have read these reviews after purchasing! Damn! I’m trying to cancel the order and no one is responding ….. and now they have said that they have cancelled…. However no money has been refunded…. I have been in touch with them and a lady named Grace has said she refund the money …. However no refund on my card has happened…. I’m hoping to have this refunded so I can take this review down

If you have very thick hair this gadget won’t work. it took me one hour to use it compared to 15 minutes with another hair gadget. Their customer service is no help if you want to return this. Do not purchase this. It is not worth it. Trust me.

After purchasing this faulty product back in January. I contacted customer service as the product did not work at all. It was blowing cold air. I was told to send videos proving it’s blowing cold air, Which doesn’t make any sense. I was ignored after this first encounter and never offered a new product or a refund. Finally, in November I was called from the company and was offered $50 (from the $140 I paid) if I took my review down. I declined and I’m writing a second review to warn people. Don’t waste your money! This site is a total scam. The product was shipped in a generic box ( no branding) and the only “airbrush” branding is a removable sticker on the actual brush itself. Definitely not comparable to Dyson.

This company represents their product similar to Dyson.......Not even close! I just as many of these poor reviews have been told you need to meet a criteria to return the product and receive a refund. It appears no matter what you will not meet the criteria. They obviously know there is a problem and will not stand behind their product. I am completely dissatisfied with the product and beyond dissatisfied with customer service.

It’s absolute rubbish, cheap and nasty product that was nothing like it’s advertised to be. Don’t waste your money.

Purchased in Good Faith. Called immediately about quality concern and was told that did not meet the return criteria.Stopped working 10 days later. Sent a video to confirm brush did not function after elevating my request over 10 days. Was told I would be shipped a new product. I requested a refund and a return label under the circumstances. I contacted Chase to dispute. Have not heard back from Airbrush. Wildly overpriced and disappointing.Buyer beware. Update. Received offer for a 20% refund of $104.00. Received 3 phone calls at 6:45 AM this morning from an Airbrush representative about my trust pilot review. Please refund my purchase of 104. The last call I received that I would receive a $50 refund, which I did not?

I would actually give them zero stars if I could. The product is poorly made and has very poor power. I contacted them to say that it doesn't work with my thick hair and requested to return it. They answered by giving me tips on styling and stated their policy is no returns unless item is defective- which it is! Horrible customer service and flimsy product. Don't buy this product!!
