We have repeatedly instructed you to stop charging our Mastercard. Despite several requests, and despite the fact that we have provided the invoice copies and documentation you asked for, you have continued to take money from our card.
This is not acceptable. We consider these charges to be unauthorized, improper, and potentially fraudulent.
You have had every opportunity to correct this. Instead, you have continued to deduct money. I can NOT recommend this fraud company

Charges after Canceling
Charges after canceling—my card was hit twice, randomly, after canceling in August 2025. After numerous emails and complaints (plus threats), I finally got my refund. Buyer beware; they don't like to cancel or give you your refund.

I initially signed up for what I…
I initially signed up for what I believed was a basic package with AI Professionals University. At no point did I knowingly subscribe to a premium or recurring membership.
A month later, I discovered that my card had been charged for a premium membership I never authorized. When I contacted customer support, they apologized and explained that it was a "computer glitch." They refunded the charge, offered me lifetime access to the platform as compensation, and assured me that my card details had been removed from their system.
I accepted their explanation and moved on.
To my surprise, two months later my card was charged AGAIN.
This is extremely concerning because I had already been told that my payment information was removed and that the previous charge was a mistake. Having the same issue happen a second time destroyed my confidence in the company.
I have kept screenshots of the emails, refund confirmation, and the promise of lifetime access as proof of what occurred.
After experiencing this, I cannot recommend this company. Consumers should monitor their statements carefully and think twice before providing payment information.
My advice: if you have any concerns about unauthorized charges, contact your bank immediately and keep detailed records of all communications. "I am currently pursuing a formal dispute with my bank because I no longer trust the company's billing practices."

I would caution others before joining…
I would caution others before joining this program. In my experience, there is a lack of transparency around billing and customer account controls.
There were no clear alerts or reminders provided before a debit was taken, and I could not find an option on the platform to securely remove stored payment details.
I had previously cancelled my membership with AI Pro Uni, however a charge was still processed on my credit card. I have raised this with the company and am seeking clarification and a refund.
My concern is that billing practices are not clearly communicated or user-controlled, which creates confusion and frustration for customers.
Based on my experience, I would recommend exercising caution and ensuring you closely monitor any payments if you choose to use this service.

Keeps charging after subscription cancellation
After having cancelled my subscription, and I got a confirmation from them, they charged me twice on my credit card!
I contacted support, they asked for all the details, I sent all details and I never heard from them again, in spite of several reminders. They ghosted me.
I don't recommend you take any subscription with this company. The service is terrible, their charges are not transparent, and their after sales support is terrible.

AI Pro University WHAT EVER DO, DO NOT TRUST this company they come back after one year to charge your card, see other company names below
AI Pro University WHAT EVER DO, this company is a true fraud and will scam your card even after blocking their company. NOTE: In July 2025 is the first time I called bank to get a new card, he was blocked the first time. Now In June 6, 2026 he tried to process another charge of $97.97 a year later he attempted to charge my card again. How he got my new debit card is beyond belief, the bank says there is something they can do.
How to stop your new credit card from being charged:
How to Stop This Right Now
If you are stuck in a loop of recurring fraud, take these exact steps when you call your bank's fraud department:
1. Demand to Opt Out of Account Updaters: Explicitly tell the representative: "Please issue a new card, break all token ties, and disable the Automatic Billing Updater / recurring merchant updates on this account." This forces every single merchant to decline until you manually type in your new card details.
So I plan to go to the FBI and see if I can get him investigated for fraud. The owner Sam Blake has the ability to get access to a new card and he will continue to charge your credit card a year later. He has other aliases see below, you must report him to authorities, to show that he is a criminal.
You have to tell your bank to block ANY DOLLAR AMOUNT. If you block $97.97, they will charge a different amount. This company has more 1 Star than FAKE REVIEWS of 5 Stars. Banks normally block on the amount they fraudulently charged you. The $97.97 is the normal amount, they will use a different amount next time. DO NOT BELIEVE 5 Star reviews they are Ai generated. I’m not sure why the owner Sam Blake has not been jailed yet.
This company is the true definition of an SCAMMER and FRAUDSTER, the Poster Child for FRAUD. DO NOT TRUST THE $49.99 for the courses it is a way to get your credit card information, and you have to watch your card forever. This company has other company names, you have to RUN AWAY NO MATTER WHAT THEY SAY TO YOU.
This company is also using these other names: Watch for these names on your statements:
