Total scam
Total scam, avoid! Tried to get a refund; false customer service. I was upgraded to a VIP scheme I never signed up for. Money was taken from my account. My lawyers are now involved. Do not use.

Fraudulent behavior. They keep charging my card every other day and are nonresponsive to any direct contact.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with AI Professionals University. I have had **another unauthorised charge made to my bank card**, despite the fact that I did not authorise the transaction. I raised a complaint with their support team and received an automated acknowledgement stating that a representative would respond, usually within 24 hours. **That response never came.** What makes this particularly concerning is that this is not simply a matter of poor customer service. It involves an **unauthorised financial charge**, which should be treated with the highest level of urgency. I have yet to receive a proper explanation of how the charge was made, confirmation that the recurring billing has been stopped, or a refund of the disputed amount. Sending an automated ticket acknowledgement and then failing to follow up is completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise prospective customers to exercise **extreme caution** and carefully monitor their bank/card statements if they engage with this company. I am posting this review because I believe customers deserve transparency, prompt communication, and, above all, confidence that they will not be charged without proper authorisation. **AI Professionals University: please resolve this matter and refund the unauthorised charge.**

SCAM. I paid for a one-month subscription in April, after which I cancelled it. Today, four months later, I was charged again without taking any action or authorizing a new subscription. I’m also unable to access my account on their website.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after three months of trying to resolve this issue, I feel other customers should be aware. I subscribed to AI Professionals University, but quickly realised the course wasn't what I was looking for. I cancelled my subscription, and although a refund wasn't provided, I was explicitly told I would receive complimentary access for the remainder of the year with no further charges. Despite that assurance, my credit card has since been charged twice. I've contacted support multiple times, and every interaction has been the same - promises that someone will get back to me, followed by complete silence. No meaningful response, no refund, and no accountability. At this point, I expect AI Professionals University to: 1.) Refund both unauthorised charges immediately. 2.) Honour the commitment that no further payments would be taken. 3.) Contact me directly to resolve this matter without any further delays. I'm hoping someone from the management or customer success team sees this review and contacts me urgently. This situation should never have been allowed to drag on for months, and it needs to be resolved immediately.

Beware, I was charged months after cancellation, refunds inconsistent, support went silent. I cancelled my subscription with AI Professionals University in September 2025 and received a confirmation email. Despite this, they started charging my card again in May 2026. When I contacted support and provided proof of cancellation, they told me I wasn't entitled to a refund because I had originally signed up. Then, without explanation, a refund suddenly appeared on my card, but the charges didn't stop. I was billed again in June, July, and August 2026 while trying to sort out further refunds. Eventually support stopped responding altogether. I've had to file a dispute through my bank, which has escalated it to VISA. My bank also advised me to cancel my credit card entirely just to stop further unauthorized charges, since the company wouldn't respond. Checking Reddit, I found other people describing the exact same pattern: cancelled subscriptions that get billed again months later, refund refusals, and support going quiet once a dispute is raised. Do not sign up! And if you already have... keep a close eye on your statements even after cancelling.

AI professionals university is a scam and fraud company. I advise everyone to get out of this scam and take action against them. After having found this fraud I cancelled my subscriptions three months ago, but they keep on taking money from my account. I have warned them and my bank has also advised me of this scam company. This company is operating from Orlando FL. US . If I see them taking money again from my account again I will take the matter further and advise the public to stop them defrauding British citizens. Joseph Lawrence

SCAM! SACAM! SCAM! This is an AI company that sells AI products with hidden recurring obligations and affiliate multi-level marketing charges. Don't ever expect to talk with anyone. No one should be surprised that they use an I receptionist that has no extensions or contact for actual people. I found out they have charged my card illegally for three months AT $97.97 starting June 2026. They have now stolen $351.22 from me. I'm not sure hey ever face any repercussions for their actions. I believe the positive reviews are AI bots. I filed a complaint with the Florida Attorney General Office. My next step is to report them to the FTC and I am filing a report with my local police department, the Arkansas Attorney General's Office, The Tennessee Attorney General's Office (my bank location) and the FBI.
