Hi! We’ve carefully searched our records but couldn’t find any purchase under the name used in this review. It’s possible this was made under an alias, or perhaps even submitted by a competitor. Our refund policy is very generous, and many of our customers are happy with it, so if you are indeed a client, this may simply be a misunderstanding. We’d love the chance to clear this up! Please fill the trustpilot contact details so we can get everything sorted for you. 🙂 Tom Johanson Customer service lead.

Hi, I’m truly sorry for the experience you had — and I completely understand your frustration. I personally reviewed your account and confirmed that your refund was fully processed on our end. Depending on your bank, it can take a few business days to appear on your statement, but please rest assured it’s been completed. We take feedback like this seriously and have already made major improvements to ensure no one feels ignored or stuck in automated loops again. Every message from our team is written and handled by real people who genuinely care about resolving issues quickly and fairly. Our mission has always been to deliver real value and support to our students, and I’m sincerely sorry we fell short of that in your case. Thank you for giving us the chance to make things right. Warm regards, Tom Johanson AIPU

Hi Jeremy, Thank you for your comment — I want to clarify this right away. AI Professionals University has no formal partnership or endorsement with Sam Altman, and we’ve never claimed to have one. Any reference to his content, quotes, or business insights was made respectfully in an educational context, as part of teaching marketing and entrepreneurship principles — never as a paid collaboration or sponsorship. We’re committed to full transparency in everything we publish and continuously review all materials to ensure accuracy. I appreciate you bringing this up so we can clear the record and keep our messaging crystal clear for everyone. Warm regards, Tom Johanson Customer Support AIPU

Hi Doug, the login issue was caused by using a @googlemail address instead of @gmail. Once we identified this, our team resolved it quickly and you now have full access to your course materials — including 99 prebuilt AI bots, 10,000 prompts, and 17 prebuilt chatbots, plus all future updates at no extra cost. We’ve noticed that two customers with the last name “Forbes” signed up on different days but posted nearly identical negative reviews on the same day and at the same time. Given you hadn’t accessed the courses before leaving your review, and in light of recent competitor activity posting false or misleading feedback, we have reason to believe this may be competitor-related. This review was submitted through our automated verified review request sent to all customers, so it cannot be deleted.
