Hello, We are aware of this review and would like to clarify that it is false, misleading, and posted by an unknown user who has never held an account with us. We have verified internally that no customer with this name, email, or transaction history exists in our system. It appears this comment was made with the intention to discredit our platform and promote another service, which violates Trustpilot’s guidelines and misleads genuine users. For all clients: * We never access or “take over” any user profile. * We do not interfere with a customer’s withdrawal request unless it violates plan terms or security protocols. * We maintain a transparent support system, and every withdrawal issue is handled directly through our official channels. If you believe you are a client and require assistance, we encourage you to contact our verified support team through our website or your account dashboard so we can assist professionally. We remain committed to safe operations, verified users, and compliant financial procedures. Please be cautious of individuals posting false claims to advertise external platforms.

It's my third week of investing and I'm…
It's my third week of investing and I'm still unable to withdraw. The support choose when to respond and I'm yet to get a clear reason for this delay. They are not just entirely transparent with their conditions for withdrawal. It is becoming very frustrating and I think I'll just let it go now before it makes me crazy. I might just have to count this as my loss. This is the second organization that I'm investing with and going through this same experience. How difficult is it to put out the conditions of withdrawal in an unambiguous way on your website so that we don't need to reach out to your support team all the time? I'm tired and very frustrated! New message 27th January: I chatted with the support team and requested to know the requirements to be eligible for withdrawal and I still didn't get a response. At this point, it is clear that Aimfinity has alot to clear since they are not being transparent. I hope the company can just come out to clear what the withdrawal requirements are since their support are unable to do so.
