This is a scam. Purchased lifetime last year, account no longer recognised. Support don't acknowledge anything. They're not very suble are they? You should atleast change your name scammers!

Crap app. Clunky, non-responsive. Like trying to train a cat, yeah someone can, but why bother?

Login is broken and they do not reply to emails. Cannot get into my account. Avoid AI Magicx like the plague.

I am writing to provide formal notice regarding my purchase of the AI Magicx Lifetime Subscription, Rune Plan, through StackSocial. Despite completing the purchase, I have been unable to log in or access the subscription I paid for. My PURCHASED EMAIL is not even in their damn system! I have contacted AI Magicx support at least five times and have received absolutely no response. I also sent messages from a separate Gmail account in case emails from my business domain were being filtered or blocked. Those messages were ignored as well. This is completely unacceptable. A company cannot accept payment for a lifetime subscription, fail to provide access, and then repeatedly ignore the customer’s attempts to resolve the problem. The lack of communication from both AI Magicx and StackSocial is extraordinarily unprofessional and raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of this transaction. Consider this my final attempt to resolve the matter directly. I require one of the following within 48 hours: 1. Immediate activation and full access to the AI Magicx Lifetime Subscription, Rune Plan, that I purchased; or 2. A full refund to my original payment method. If this is not resolved within 48 hours, I will contact my credit card issuer and file a formal dispute for services not provided. I will include the purchase documentation, login failure, and records of my repeated unanswered emails as supporting evidence. I am disgusted by the way this matter has been handled. This experience has also ensured that this will be the last purchase I make through StackSocial. Customers should not have to chase multiple companies simply to receive access to a product that has already been paid for. I expect a prompt response and immediate resolution.

Avoid these scammers at all cost. They only take your money and provide NOTHING more than free ai's seperately (even less). Their Support is Sub Zero and even inexistant. Multiple supportcases are left without a response. Problems are not solved I have a lifetime subscription wich was stripped after a site update. More than 80% of the chatbots/agents don't work (just the free one's sometimes), and give fake errors. Not worth it!!!! Don't waste your time and money.

Recently, I discovered that I could no longer log in because my account appeared to have been deleted or no longer existed. I contacted MagicX support multiple times through their official support channels but never received any response. Unfortunately, they completely ignored my requests for assistance. Since I purchased the product through StackSocial, I contacted them for help. StackSocial informed me that they had also attempted to contact MagicX but received no response from the company. This was very disappointing to hear and confirmed that I was not the only customer unable to obtain support. As a result, the experience with MagicX itself has been extremely frustrating. A lifetime subscription should not become inaccessible without explanation, and customers deserve responsive support when problems occur. I hope MagicX will improve its customer service, restore communication with its users, and honor the commitments made to customers who purchased lifetime licenses. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing a lifetime subscription from this company unless they significantly improve their customer support and account management.

I strongly advise against buying anything from aimagicx.com. As of right now, absolutely nothing on the platform works. I purchased the Lifetime Pro subscription expecting a premium service, but the entire experience has been a massive disappointment. Here is a breakdown of exactly why you should avoid this platform: Deceptive Features: The standard AI chat they offer isn't even their own proprietary technology. It is literally just the free, open-source chat from NVIDIA repackaged behind a paywall. You are paying for something you can easily access elsewhere for free. Broken AI Agent & Fake Limits: The AI agent simply does not work. Despite paying for the highest tier Lifetime Pro account, I am constantly blocked by an "insufficient credit" error message whenever I try to use it. You are locked out of the exact features you paid to access. Zero Customer Support: I have created several support tickets regarding these account-breaking issues and have waited a long time with absolutely no response. They are happy to take your money, but they completely ignore you when their system fails.

App never works, chat works sometimes, but no other features do. It has been months since I've been able to get it to run.
