ho il livello avanzato che non voglio assolutamente !!! voglio partire da livello principiante e non c'è la possibilità di modificarlo .... LO FATE VOI PER FAVORE !!! Altrimenti ho solo buttato i soldi e le recensioni saranno sempre negative

Poor Subscription Transparency and Difficult Cancellation
**Title: Unexpected Renewal Charge and Poor Subscription Transparency** I purchased a subscription to Learna AI for approximately $28 after seeing an advertisement. At the time of purchase, I did not clearly understand or intend to agree to a recurring subscription at a much higher price. Later, I discovered that an amount of approximately $98 was going to be charged for renewal. This was unexpected and significantly higher than the amount I originally paid. I believe the subscription and renewal terms should be clearly and prominently explained before payment. Customers should be fully aware of whether they are signing up for a recurring subscription, the renewal amount, and when the renewal will take place. I have tried to cancel the subscription and resolve the issue, but the experience has been frustrating. I am sharing my personal experience to warn other customers to carefully check all subscription and renewal terms before making a purchase. E’ una truffa
E’ una truffa, ho annullato l’abbonamento a Learna 1 mese fa e continua Paddle ad addebitarlo tutte le settimane. Non fatelo!! Alberto Goffi

Buongiorno, ho richiesto l'abbonamento per una settimana, ho richiesto la sospensione dell'abbonamento dopo qualche giorno ( che viene automatizzato in caso di mancata recessione), mi è stata addebitata una seconda settimana e poi una terza ( alla quale non posso accedere e non riesco a capire perché anche se ho fatto richiesta di chiarimenti), ho richiesto la sospensione dell'abbonamento all'inizio di questa terza settimane attraverso le procedure proposte.. adesso sono in ansia perché non so se la mia richiesta è stata accolta o troverò un nuovo addebito per la prossima settimana.. cosa potreste pensare di una situazione del genere?

Von wegen kostenlos!
Auf youtube wird damit geworben, learna wäre kostenlos. Man muss aber bezahlen. Ich habe das eine Woche für ca 6 Euro ausprobiert, Im Kleingedruckten steht dann, dass das Abo sich automatisch um eine Woche für ca. 14 Euro verlängert. Ich habe am 1. Tag gekündigt, der Betrag wurde trotzdem abgebucht. Auf Beschwerden reagiert die Firma nicht und ich renne jetzt meinem Geld hinterher. Also Vorsicht!
