you cant just jump into work with this thing.. first problem is you cant upload a thing.. then you need to reference said unavailable legal document, but you cant... next step is wait days for support.. didn't they say AI was supposed to save you time? not CONSUME EXTRA TIME WITH BS ERRORS EVERYWHERE ??? going back and fourth with support thats terrible? im sick and tired of ai slop platofrms that dont work worth a shit. pop the bubble.

I genuinely try to reserve online reviews for good experiences, because I think people are often much quicker to leave negative reviews than positive ones. In this case, though, I feel obligated to share my experience out of principle. My experience with ailawyer.pro has been one of the worst customer support experiences I have had with an online service. The 7 day billing model feels designed in a way that can easily catch users who do not cancel in time, and the cancellation process itself was confusing, even after I proactively reached out to support for help. I was billed for a second cycle and, despite additional support requests, I have not received a meaningful response or a refund. Separately, based on my experience, I do not believe the platform offered enough value compared with what general LLM tools like Claude can already accomplish for many of the same use cases. Overall, my experience left me feeling that the company’s billing and support practices are not customer friendly, and I would caution others to be very careful before signing up.

I tried the 7 day trial. They charged me for the full year, even though I cancel on day four, before the 7 day trial was up.

Total Scam. No way to cancel or contact anyone.

What a scam. My neighbours' kids know more about law than this tool. There is no button to cancel your subscription or do a trial without providing your credit card. Red flag anyone?

This is just a find! In a couple of minutes, AI Lawyer explained what the lawyer had been telling me for half an hour.
