Not delivering I should have read the TrustPilot reviews before subscribing to this super expensive service. So far, after paying with PayPal 5 days ago, it keeps asking me to upgrade my plan though I did it already. Nothing works. Zero. Nada. A total scam. Update : After 10 days, it’s now working but I have still lost 10 days out of 30. Considering the 129$ for the chosen package, it’s a 40$ loss.

Crappy "service". Even crappier customer support. I paid for their service 3 days ago. Spent hours trying to connect my account and it doesn't work. They will not provide refund. Service still doesn't work. So now I have to call my bank and do a chargeback because these people don't offer any decent customer service. Avoid these people like the plague.

Very very bad. This is the renamed TagScout. After several months of a good experience I've subscribed to 6months and after 1month it stoped working at all. I did not receive any help after contacting support. Later, I discovered that the service is generally unavailable, the domain certificate expired and I did not understand how to return the money and let go of the situation. But after 6 months I received a notification from my bank about an attempt to charge money from me for another 6 months (>200$) and fortunately there were not enough money and they did not succeed. I blocked card and later, when trying to communicate by mail with their support, they already referred to this service and in the email was also info about AiGrow.Me. It’s so unprofessional on their part to rename the company, not provide the service and still try to get paid for the next period.

The worst platform I ve ever “used”! I paid for a whole month and they did nothing on my account. After that they charged my bank account for more than 5 months even while there system was crushed and they continued charging me even when I asked them to delete my account. They never refund me I will take legal measures

DO NOT TRUST! Their website was hacked and my credit card details were compromised. Secondly their automated billing system through stripe KEEPS trying to bill me even after the incident - THEIR WEBSITE IS A SCAM!!!

The service is so bad!!!! I didn't get what I paid for and they were keeping to charge me for several months. they don't respond to e-mails, a cheap frauds company! don't trust them.

I find it disconcerting that all the positive reviews for this are from the same day or 2 day period. The odds of a company getting positive reviews on the same day and then a huge gap of no reviews to random negative reviews suggests that the positive reviews are rigged.

Did not receive the service I paid for, was charged a second time at a random date, and they won't issue a refund, they've ignored all my messages/emails. Fraudulent company.
