Studying abroad in Costa Rica through AIFS was the best experience in my life yet. The staff was very friendly and felt more like family. The excursions were incredible and I felt very safe the entire time. AIFS is awesome!

I am so happy that I chose AIFS for my study abroad semester in Berlin. The program made it possible to do so many things and travel more than I would have otherwise and the staff (hi, Nele and Flora!) were amazing and so supportive. I felt like our group of AIFS students was a family by the time we left. I especially loved the day trips outside of Berlin. Would highly recommend!

I took Comparative World Religions and thought it was an incredible course. For many classes, you would travel to sites to learn about the history and culture of the historic religions. The minimal class time made it optimal for exploring and getting the most out of the trip. Would recommend the course to anyone.

AIFS was such a fun and easy way to study abroad! At first studying abroad seemed so overwhelming but AIFS provided me with a counselor that helped me through every step of the way. AIFS was also very thorough with the information they provided so it made me feel super safe and confident that everything was taken care of. The staff abroad were also awesome and I made some amazing friends there! No regrets!

Choosing AIFS to be the host of my study abroad experience was the best possible choice I could have made. I enjoyed every single day I was enrolled as a student with this organization and I wish i could go back and relive it! I’m forever thankful for the opportunities and memories that AIFS has provided me with and I’ll fondly regard this organization and their mission for the rest of my life.

I thoroughly enjoyed my AIFS study abroad experience in Brixen, Italy! The program was well-organized and opting-in to the travel package saved me lots of potential stress. The program director, Simona, was an absolutely phenomenal director and she is one of the primary reasons the program went as well as it did. Spending time with locals and becoming accustomed to their way of life was an experience that I will never forget. One of my favorite recurring experiences was when locals asked me general questions about the United States and my views on current world politics. My only criticism of the program is the lack of availability of information regarding the class we took. While I know that piracy concerns are an issue, it would have been helpful to have access to the course syllabus before we left for the trip.

This was a great program! I absolutely loved it. The people working for AIFS in Rome are amazing! They were so helpful with everyone. I highly recommend it!
