A scam! Did the DISC personality test and paid £1.25 for my results and it autoenrolled me into two seperate subscriptions at £29.95 and £39.95 a month. Had to contact my bank to recover the payments after emailing persolabs to complain. Their response was by paying for the results I had agreed to the subscriptions. There isn’t an easy/clear way of cancelling both subscriptions either so it took a bit of digging. Do not use this website at any cost. I am reporting it to the UK CMA and Anti Fraud group

They scam you by charging you £1.00 they say to get results for a test and then days later you will see a £39.95 charge and then when you reach out to their customer service to understand why you have been charged youre being told you signed up for a trial and then youve been charged. Then they can't refund you becuase youve accessed the results l, which you assume youre only payingul £1.00 and dont want anything else. So which one is it? Scammers and Subscription trap. Be very aware
