Very disappointed with this company. They advertise a 10% discount for signing up, so I created an account expecting to receive it. I was sent a promo code, but it didn’t work. It felt like a bait-and-switch. I also ordered two products because the website clearly showed each product pictured alongside an applicator tube, which made it appear that the applicator was included. When my order arrived, neither product included the applicator—just the product itself. That presentation is misleading and left me feeling duped. To make matters worse, I contacted customer service about this and another issue, and my concerns were completely ignored. Between the deceptive marketing, misleading product photos, and poor customer service, I don’t recommend this company

I have been ordering for 3 yrs with this Co. I ordered 2 boxes of products on April 16 this year. Been dealing via email customer service for 2 weeks. Been given a bad ups tracing number. Left at least 4 voicemails requesting a call back with no results. They say PKG was delivered. It was not. I know my neighbors and cked and no one has it. I have email many times also. My order was $118.00. I want a refund or my product yesterday. Any help would be appreciated.
