Whilst the trousers look great the quality is not good. The zips break and stitching comes undone. I’ve bought a few pairs and customer service offers a token gesture rather than replacement or refund. Since I’ve had them for longer than 35 days they will not offer anything else. Trousers should last longer than 2 months before falling apart. ** UPDATE ** Following my complaint, I received 3 replacement pairs of trousers and a polo shirt as a token of goodwill. Looks like the customer service has improved.

Your size guide is rubbish. According to your site I should be medium, I order a pair in Medium and a pair in small to be safe. And as expected the medium is way to big.

I ordered two different styles of pants. I liked the fit and comfort of both styles. Unfortunately the zippers on both pants broke the first day that I wore them. They are extremely flimsy. The return process seems like a headache as well and is not easy to navigate. I will most likely continue to wear the pants to the gym. I’m a taller dude with big hands and the pockets could be a little deeper. Overall nice product. Zippers not so happy about

Con's - needs to have a way to login to account by desktop and not just mobile app - sometimes colors and materials are off like it's too silky looking -more seamless return system than contacting customer service, as well as money back guarantee if not satisfied if clothes are returned unworn. I have several of the workout pants and really like the fit & feel of them... and you really can't beat the prices. However, I wish the shipping was quicker and more reliable. Compared to many other options today, not just Amazon, it takes much longer to get these products. They also seem to get stuck in customs and go without any update at all for longer than desired.

All the clothing I have purchased has fit well. Some of the materials have been less than expectations but customer service has worked with me when something was in question.

After completing the replacement of washer, installers failed to turn the water back on causing concern washer was malfunctioning. Called a G.E. tech and discovered water was not on. This should be a checklist item for installers.
