I ordered 3 sweaters for my brother's birthday. I placed the order in October 2022 and it got delivered in January 2023, 2 months later. The online shop advertised it as 7 days delivery worldwide. Had to buy another gift. When I finally got the order, what a disappointment. The slim fit I saw online was gone (they must've clamped the sweater at the back for a better picture). I looked like a sack of potatoes when wearing them. And the material felt so cheap, plastiky. I ended up giving them to charity, didn't even try to return seeing the delivery lead time. First and last time shopping from ahaselected.

The blazer I ordered came without the arms being sewed on! It’s a blazer tank top. Not worth the trouble.

They have potential but I think they maybe shouldn’t be operating until they are ready to keep up with normal shipping and return expectations in the states. I ordered two pairs of pants. It took SO long to get them since they came from China (which I did not realize when ordering). It took about 10 days. They did not fit. When I emailed about returning I at first just got an email saying I would hear back. Then crickets. I had to email them again a few days later. Finally after a few days I got instructions about where to shop back and that the cost was on me. I didn’t realize how expensive it would be to send the pants back. It cost almost as much as one of the pairs of pants. Maybe not worth it but what am I going to do with pants that don’t fit. I would never order from them again until they figure out how to do free returns like most businesses. It is too risky. I basically just spent so much money to try on pants and send them back. I have no idea how long it will now take to get my refund. not worth it!! It’s a shame since they have some cute stuff.

EDIT: You are risking receiving the wrong item while ordering from here - this happened to me 3 times out of 4. The sizing of the pants were way off in person and did not meet the measurements online but the top/bottom I got that were as expected are really nice. They have an odd return policy where they'll offer a discount code and not ask you to send anything back. Be careful in this case that you are sure your subsequent order will be the right item otherwise it becomes incredibly complicated, difficult, and in the long run will lose you a lot of money. If you're not ordering a product you already have and like I would recommend insisting on the full return to your original payment instead. Update: They will delete/not post reviews with any negative comments. The ratings on their site are misleading.

I ordered three pair of pants from the company that i decided to return. I received an email stating if i was not refunded 14 days after shipping the package (which i had to pay for) that i would need to contact AHA Selected customer service via email to receive the refund. Once i emailed the company, i received an email in return stating my refund for the three items had been put back on my credit card. IT has been a week since receiving that email and i have not actually been refunded for my return. This is very upsetting and frustrating that the return process doesn't actually refund your original payment...

I ordered 3 pairs of Mens Lightweight Quick Dry Cargo Joggers: Sage Green/L, Grey/L, & Black/L. I ordered it on 1/1/23 and it arrived today: 1/13/23. When I opened the package it was a woman's jacket. I'm very disappointed and I feel like someone just stole from me.

I placed my order December 17, 2022 and still have not received any update on my order status (1/6/23). Also, my order number is not working on their track my order. I have a feeling I will not receive it!
