They started out a cool company. My first ordered I received with no problem all pieces and liked their product so I ordered more for the family. I only received half of the second order, still waiting on the other half. The third order was 7 items received 1 of those items. When I reached out Haley from the chat line because you (can't call and talk to anyone thats the problem right there)seemed to have got upset in our exchange. I then received it seemed 20 emails pretty much showing the same one ordered over and over again never experienced such a thing from a company like this. The emails really never gave a clear answer to my concerns. You don't have to now follow-up with, "we are sorry for the inconvenience" bless ya'll hearts, all you doing is pushing customers away. Don't get frustrated with your customers if your truly a reliable company you wouldn't get so many low reviews.

According to the logistics info, the second order has 2 parcels that are both delivered. The third order owns 4 items but not 7. They are all delivered. Further to my review on 7/10/2023, AHA has responded that they had sent me information on how to return my purchased goods and that they were "waiting for my response". They also asked me to check my spam mailbox. So far, I have NOT received any emails from AHA and my spam mailbox is empty. THIS IS A SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

This company is a joke. The phone number you gave me does not exist, much less does the tracking number exist. In other words, none of you are trustworthy.
