Bought 200 worth of their horrible grizzle. Never

Second time I’ve been shorted by this company. When I called I got the rudest customer service Person I think I’ve ever dealt with. She stated as per my agreement I was supposed to layout all Of The product and take pictures of it. Really, what a joke! Meat is just ok. I won’t buy here again

I have ordered several boxes from Agridime, most of which have been alright, but nothing special. Small cuts and not the greatest quality, but I liked the convenience. The last box that I received from them had brown, smelly, spoiled meat. One steak smelled alright, so I ate it and got food poisoning. I reached out to customer service and they told me “ Some products aren’t for everyone.” No apology, and they refuse to refund me. They offered me a gift card to their store. Unacceptable and rude. I won’t be using them again.

Meat tasted fresh without much flavor. I have been eating grass fed meat from groceries and they were much more flavorful and tender. Agridine meat is tough. I wonder if it has to do with aging. I will not purchase again.

I have been placing my quarterly meat purchases from them for the past year, maybe a little longer and I love this store. I love the fact that the prices are responsible, that you have a chose on a subscription for an additional discount. I highly recommend!
