I had questions about the different products I bought. i was confused by the different masks and creams. Not only did Mechelle explain how to use the different creams but also how they would benefit my skin. She went over how to use the Perfectio X and made me more confident as I start to use it. She followed up in an email with links to videos on line which were very helpful also. Mechelle is a great asset to your team!

She went into detail about how to use everything I bought . She even sent me an email with even more information. I know so much I think I could work with you all. Erika really knows and trusts her products. After a facial using the Eneo and the Agora products my skin is improved. I'm certain with continued use my 65 year old sun damaged skin will look younger.

I want to start by saying that Michelle in customer service is unlike any customer service agent I have ever talked to. I called because I had questions about a red light wand I bought when me and my bestie were in Las Vegas. Michelle was so informative and explained all my new creams and how they are to be used. She sent me videos,websites. I was so impressed with her willingness to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase. She even gave me a follow up call to see if I was doing well.
