Dear Providers - Avoid
I signed on as an In-Home Care Provider, thinking that the referrals given would be people who were actually seeking home care. What I found was that this company has people fill out forms and then immediately sends that information to the list of providers in that area. In most cases, the prospective client doesn't even know they will be getting phone calls from agencies. In all of the referrals I received, 0% of them answered the phone and none of them called back or answered emails. In some cases, I had to ask for my money back due to the company forwarding leads that were far out of the scope of non-medical in-home care. Had I not done this, I would have been billed the 58 dollars for a lead that was far beyond the level of care we could provide (so either they don't care or the people they have forwarding these leads don't know what they are doing). In my opinion, this company is not doing their paying clients fairly and they are exploiting people who are most likely just trying to reach out for general information - not necessarily looking for immediate in-home care. Other agency's experiences may differ, but that was my experience after 2 months and about 20 "referrals". I wouldn't recommend using this platform if you are an in-home care agency looking to reach more clients. You would do better by just putting that money aside and running a monthly google ad.
