Though have been working in the Project Management field for many years, they're always a lot to learn and to craft. Known Niroshan for many years but during this year only got that chance to get mentored. In your life you need to be mentored to find where you're going wrong | What skills need to improve | How to build your brand etc. Working along with Niro found those essential missing gaps, defiantly has given me an uplift to my confidence level and helped me to learn more concepts. Surely I recommend Niros service to anyone willing to grow and achieve.

Agile Great through Niroshan's coaching program opened me upto the need for personal branding. It was not a new concept to me, yet one that I never bothered to pursue for a long time. I went through the program to with a vague set of goals, which I soon found out myself, were counterproductive. Niroshan's way of coaching and guiding helped me refine my very own view of myself and the way in which I needed to decide my next steps for a better results. The added benefit of Agile Great is the other hard skill courses that are available. Always a new thing to learn.
