John was a very insightful and interactive instructor! I would highly recommended this class to others who are interested in becoming a CSM!

John Miller did an excellent job making the challenging concepts of Scrum understandable and relatable. He encouraged maximum participation from all of the students and was open to comments and suggestions made by the class. His time-boxed exercises were also very helpful to get maximum engagement by the students.

I really enjoyed the CSPO course. John Miller provided excellent information, examples, stories, jokes, and visuals for all the coursework. He also made sure that the learning was interactive by asking the class questions and using group activities. I think the class really helps people to understand the Product Owner role.

The use of the Mirror board was a great help in organizing the material. I really enjoyed the instructor and the peers that were taking the class with me. Everyone participated and brought in other views and opinions to help facilitate the learning.
